Cancellation Policy

Want to cancel or modify your order?

You can still cancel or modify your order within the day of receiving a confirmation (24 hours). However, if your order was already process and transport to the shipping distributor, we can no longer manage to pull out or cancel your order.

If you still like to proceed with cancelation of your order, please be informed that there will be an £8 deduction for the package and item restocking.
